Primer going on

Checking Camshaft Runout at
Center Main Bearing Journal


Checking Bearing
Clearances with Plastigage
Checking Crankshaft End Float
Checking Cam Timing
@ .050" Lifter Rise

This Engine Had a Bearing Failure.
The Valves were Lapped-in and New
Valve Stem Seals Installed.
Play Had Developed in the Crank
Sprocket Keyway.
(Common in Big Healeys)
We repaired it with Shim Stock
Assembled Lower End.
The Inside Finish is Glyptal.

Setting Distributor Timing
For Start Up.
